NOTICE TO THE VILLAGE OF ALLIANCE RATEPAYERS
2024 PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
This notice is to inform the Village of Alliance ratepayers that inspections of properties for assessment
purposes will take place in the month of November/December. Inspections will be done by Wainwright
Assessment Group Ltd. An Assessor will be on site and show I.D. when occupants are present and leave
notes in doors and proceed to do exterior inspections when no one is at the property.
CANADA POST DELAYS
With the recent disruption to mail services, we expect delays in outgoing and incoming mail with the
V
illage. Please contact the Village office if you live out of town for your monthly utility bill information at (780)879-3911. Our post office in Alliance has relayed to us that they will deliver local mail to each resident. If you do not receive your utility bill, contact the office. It is important to ensure you continue to make payments when they are due. If you typically make payments by mail or cheque, please consider an alternate payment method - we have a drop box in the door of the office and we also accept e-transfers at bills@villageofalliance.ca.

Alliance Recreation Grounds
features a trailer park with power, water, and a dump station.

Fees are
$25/night With hook-ups (30 amps)
$145/week With hook-ups (30 amps)
$400/month With hook-ups (30 amps)
and can be paid at the drop box on the washroom facility or at the Village Office on Main Street. When the office is closed, please drop fees in the
front door drop box.
Public washrooms and a shower are located near the 4 camping stalls on the Recreation Grounds.
