Permit Applications

Fence Permits:
If you require a permit to construct a fence in Alliance, please download and fill in the Fence Permit Application Form and either send it to the Village office or drop it off with the $50 permit fee.

Development Permit:
For any single-lot residential project, commercial, industrial, multi-family or large development. Please download and fill in the Building Permit Application Form and either send it to the Village office or drop it off with the $50 permit fee.

Building Permits and Inspections

For the Village of Alliance, Building Permits along with Gas, Water, Electrical and Private Septic permits and inspections are managed by SUPERIOR SAFETY CODES INC.

Area Structure Plans

The Village of Alliance does not currently have any Area Structure Plans. Planning and development decisions are guided by the Municipal Development Plan, Land Use Bylaw, and applicable Council policies. Area Structure Plans may be developed in the future as needed.

Municipal Sustainability Plan

The Village of Alliance is currently developing a Municipal Sustainability Plan that will guide long-term planning and budgeting and will be reviewed annually.
